Use the subject “Privacy request” and tell us what you would like to do. Include only the information needed to locate your account. Do not send passwords, full payment card details or identity documents unless we arrange a secure verification method.
What happens next?
Our team reviews the request, verifies ownership where necessary and responds within the period required by applicable law. Some transaction records may need to be retained for accounting, legal or fraud-prevention purposes.
